Hi everyone!

Welcome to this week’s Statpack. It’s our weekly look at leaderboards for our all-encompassing player value stat, Total Points, and some the stats that our operations team charts throughout the season. Plus, we give you a look at how each matchup this week stacks up with head-to-head comparisons of the teams for their different units.

You can download the full set of stats above. You will get the most out of this e-mail if you download and study the PDFs linked above and read our commentary below.

NFL Teams Most Impacted by Injuries in 2025

Before we get to our usual leaderboards and such, we wanted to take a moment and highlight some key findings that Alex Vigderman discovered when researching which teams lost the most value to injury so far in the 2025 season.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the 49ers have been impacted the most by injuries in 2025, having lost 156 Total Points (calculated by taking each injured player’s Total Points per game over his previous 17 games and multiplying by the number of games missed due to injury). It is impressive to say the least that they still sport a 9-4 record.

On the other hand, the four other teams (the Cardinals, Bengals, Commanders, and Dolphins) in the top five most impacted have not fared so well this season, having a 15-33 combined record so far and showing how devastating injuries can be.

Matchups and Mismatches

* The Bengals will look to keep their postseason hopes alive against the Bills. They may have trouble getting home with their 31st-ranked pass rush facing the 5th-best pass blocking unit in the league.

* Another major matchup with playoff implications Sunday night. The Chiefs may have a hard time keeping Mahomes clean, with their 24th-ranked pass blocking unit facing the Texans’ 2nd-ranked pass rush.
